Approved Supplier Documents

My Approved Supplier Document has expired, or is about to expire, and I havent received the updated Certificate yet! What can I do about this?

It is common short time gaps to be present between the expiry date of some Approved Supplier Certifications and the re-issued Certificate. This may be due to a delayed Certification auditing process, outstanding non-conformances or awaiting the Certificate to be issued by the relevant Certification Body or Standard Owner.

If this instance occurs within your business, you may wish to consider one of the following options to ensure your Customers are informed of any relevant changes to your profile:

Format a letter on your business letterhead including details of the expired certification and pending actions. It is common for some Certification standards to have designated extension timeframes allowable for re-certification (despite the nominated expiry date), which could be explained in such a letter; or

Upload a document relevant to the Certification such as an audit coversheet or a letter from the Auditor (or relevant Certification Body) stating details regarding the current Certification status. This may include details regarding audit dates, outcomes and new expiry dates where applicable.

Upload either of these documents to replace the expired Certification as a short-term solution. As per the regular approvedsuppliernetwork.com protocols, your Customers will be notified regarding changes to your profile and Approved Supplier Documents.

When you receive the new Certification, simply remove the existing "short term solution" and upload the new document.

What parts of My Business Profile can be accessed by other Users?

If your business is included in Supplier Search, Visitors and Users will have access to your Business Profile, Sales Contact, Business Address, Postal Address, Industry Sector and Supply Scope. Only Users will be able to request access to your full profile, including Approved Supplier Documents.

If you accept the request for access by another User, that User will gain access to Business Profile, Approved Supplier Contact, Business Address, Postal Address, Industry Sector, Supply Scope and Approved Supplier Documents.

You can delete access permission to your full profile details at any time through your Approved Suppliers page.

How much does approvedsuppliernetwork.com cost to access?

New Users of approvedsuppliernetwork.com receive a complimentary, no obligation 90 day trial after sign up. Access thereafter will be $110AUD annually (subject to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use). Users are under no obligation to pay for access if they do not wish to continue using approvedsuppliernetwork.com after their 90 day trial. Registered Users will be prompted to make annual subscription payments as they are due.

Is it possible to have multiple users?

To ensure the integrity of your profile content, we only permit a single User Name and Password per business profile. Users may choose to share the access details within their business, but we recommend considered control over the distribution of access details.

We are currently developing an option to allow the designation of "Limited Access User" profiles.

How do I list my business in Supplier Search?

Registered Users of approvedsuppliernetwork.com have the option of listing their businesses within Supplier Search. The default setting is for businesses to be included, but inclusion within Supplier Search can be deactivated and reactivated through the "My Business Profile" User page.
