Approved Supplier Documents are copies of the documentation that show your business is capable of supplying appropriate materials and/or services to existing or potential Users. Your Customers require this information to display a due diligence approach to maintaining their Approved Supplier Program. These documents may include Certifications, Specifications, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Insurance, Policies and Guarantees. You will receive automatic Notifications when your Approved Supplier Documents are within one calendar month from the nominated expiry date. Please ensure all uploaded documents are formatted as follows: PDF, JPEG or BITMAP up to 500kb per file.

Notifications are generated whenever changes or updates are made to approvedsuppliernetwork.com or to the profiles of the Users' suppliers or Users' customers. Notifications can be manually deleted and will be automatically deleted after three months.
 
Notifications are automatically sent to Users to identify changes to relevant profiles and the current approved supplier status of their approved suppliers.
 
The "My Business" section allows Users to access and customize the applications for receiving "Notifications", including duplication to their nominated email address.

The "My Business" section also allows Users to access and customize the applications for receiving "Notifications" and "Messages". Users can also define the inclusion of their business details within the approvedsuppliernetwork.com Supplier Search mechanism.
 
Users can use the "View My Business Profile as" function to see how their details will be displayed as a "Search Result", "My User" and "My Supplier" views.

Supplier Questionnaire
 
approvedsuppliernetwork.com provides a function for a unique digital Supplier Questionnaire that can be made available to your Approved Suppliers for completion at pre-determined intervals.
 
You can initiate this option by inputting your Terms and Conditions and up to 25 Questions (up to 100 words each). You can then go into your Supplier profiles and nominate requirements for completion as applicable to each of your Approved Suppliers.
 
The Supplier Questionnaire will then be completed by the nominated Supplier (you will be notified upon completion), and will be available to you through your profile access on approvedsuppliernetwork.com.

My Suppliers
 
The "My Suppliers" section includes the businesses that have granted you access to their approvedsuppliernetwork.com profile. These are businesses that currently or potentially supply materials and/or services into your business. Users can invite their suppliers to confirm that they are a Customer of the supplier through the "Request Supplier Addition to My Business Profile" button within a Supplier Search Result.
 
When you have been granted access to a Suppliers' profile, you can choose which of their Approved Supplier Documents are relevant to your business. You will receive notifications regarding the status of these Approved Supplier Documents as changes occur.
 
The businesses listed within the "My Suppliers" section will be identified as green, orange or red.

Green indicates that the supplier has current relevant certifications to supply materials and/or services into your business. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

At least one of the current relevant certifications is due to expire within one calendar month. Notifications are sent to Users whenever changes to the status or content of a relevant Approved Supplier Document occur.

The "My Customers" section includes the businesses that you have granted you access to your approvedsuppliernetwork.com profile. You have confirmed that these businesses currently or potentially procure materials and/or services from your business. Users can make existing and potential Customers aware of their approvedsuppliernetwork.com listing through the "Messages" section of their "My Business" profile.
Options are available to download up-to-date Customer listings at the click of a button.
